Cancellations

We get it; plans change, things come up...it happens.  If you need to cancel or change your service with us, the following policy applies:

1. Deposits are non-refundable

2. If you need to change your service date, we will make every effort to move your reservation to your new data.  If we are booked for your new date, your reservation may be canceled, and an electronic gift certificate may be issued for any Next Adventure Tours, and Tasting owned and operated shuttles you may have booked.  Gift certificates are not issued for the costs of shuttles Next Adventure Tours and Tasting may have booked on your behalf that our company does not own and operate. 

3. For weddings and other large groups:  There is no charge over the deposit amount if the service is canceled 31 days before the service.  Once the final payment is submitted, no refunds are issued. 

4. For wine tours:  There is no charge over the deposit amount if the tour is canceled more than 14 days before the tour date.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice. 

General Policies

1. Smoking and drug use of any kind is prohibited on all shuttles.

2. Hazardous materials may not be transported on any of our shuttles.

3. In the event the Client elects to change the date of service, every effort shall be made to accommodate the request. The Client agrees that any fees, including but not limited to deposits and fees required to secure the new date, are the sole responsibility of the Client. Previous deposits shall be applied towards the new date if available.

4. Force Majeure: Next Adventure Tours & Tasting, LLC. shall not be liable for any delays in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitations acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, global pandemics, and governmental demands for requirements.

5. A cleaning fee may be added should an incident occur in the shuttle which requires enhanced or professional cleaning services. Should these services be required, photos of the incident shall be captured and provided to the Client along with the necessary fees. The minimum cleaning fee is $250; however, additional fees may be incurred depending on the extent of the cleaning required.

6. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol on any shuttle. A chaperone, age 25 or older, must accompany anyone under the age of 21 if alcohol is consumed on the shuttle.

7. The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused by passengers to any shuttle.

8. Next Adventure Tours & Tasting shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. While guests may leave items on the shuttle, they do so at their own risk.

9. Next Adventure Tours & Tasting reserves the right to remove any guest from the shuttle who becomes unruly during this service. Gusts removed from the shuttle will be dropped off in a location deemed safe by the shuttle operator. Removed guests shall be responsible for

10. Amendments to any service proposals, invoices, estimates, or sales receipts may be made by a mutually acceptable written instrument (i.e., e-mail).
